Often yes. The Excellus network plus BlueCard nationwide gives wide in-network access across the U.S.

Who answers employee questions?

Staff Leasing. We’re the first call for enrollments, claims questions, and carrier escalations.

Can we mix and match contributions?

Yes. You can contribute by tier or as a flat dollar amount. Unused employer dollars can be redirected to other benefits or HSA/FSA per your policy.

Do you handle COBRA and ACA reporting?

Yes. We manage COBRA administration and produce ACA 1094/1095.

What about workers’ comp?

We provide a pay-as-you-go solution and claims administration for low-risk roles, plus quarterly audit support.

We focus on low-risk roles and primarily serve employers in New York State. Monopolistic workers’ comp states (ND, OH, WA, WY) are out of scope.
